How it works
- Call or text us first. Tell us what you have: (864) 381-8510. We take desktops and laptops by appointment.
- Drop it off. We'll give you the drop-off details when you contact us.
- We keep it locked in our shop until it's processed.
- We refurbish the ones we can. Computers that can be reused are securely wiped and set up again.
- We recycle the rest. We remove the storage drive first, then responsibly recycle the computer.
Before you drop off
- Back up any photos and files you want to keep
- Sign out of your accounts, and turn off Find My or similar locks
- Bring the computer by itself. We don't need the box or the manuals
- Tell us if there is a password we need
- Please don't bring swollen or damaged batteries
- Ask us before bringing monitors, printers or other electronics
Good to know
Computers you drop off are donated, so they aren't returned, and we can't recover files from them. If you want a written record that your computer's data was securely wiped, ask about our secure data wipe service instead.
