Our commitment

We want people of all abilities to be able to find information, request help and contact us. We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What we have done

We test this site with automated accessibility tools and fix the problems they find. Right now the site includes:

A "Skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen reader users
Menus, buttons and forms that can be used with a keyboard
Labels on every form field, and clear error and success messages
Text and button colors checked for readable contrast
A night mode, and a layout that adapts to phones and tablets
A "Pause animations" button in the footer. The site also turns animations off automatically if your device is set to reduce motion
Visible focus outlines so you can see where you are on the page

Known limits

We are a small business and we have not had an independent accessibility audit, so some parts may still be hard to use. Some content is provided by other companies and is outside our control, including the Square checkout page, social media sites and our contact form service. Our printable forms are produced as PDFs that may not work with every screen reader. We will gladly provide any form in another format, or fill it in with you.

If you have trouble using this site, or you need our services in a different way, please tell us. For example, we can take your request by phone or text, talk you through a form, arrange a different way to drop off or pick up a device, or send information in a format that works for you.
