What we collect

If you use the contact form on this site, we receive the name, email address, phone number, service and message you enter. If you call, text, email or message us, we receive whatever you share with us.

Devices you leave with us for repair may contain personal information.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, arrange a drop-off or pickup, and do the repair or support you asked for. We do not sell or rent your information.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these ways:

• With service providers we use to run the business, such as Square (payments), Formspree (contact form), Google Voice and Gmail (calls, texts and email), WhatsApp, and our email service for the mailing list. They receive only what they need to do their job.
• When the law requires it, such as a court order or valid legal request, or to protect our rights, property or someone's safety.
• In a business change, such as a sale or transfer of our business.
• With your permission.

We do not share the data on your devices with anyone, except when the law requires it. See our terms and disclaimers for more.

Who handles it

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our business email. Online payments are processed by Square, and we do not see or store your full card number. Calls, texts and messages pass through the services you choose to use, such as Google Voice, Gmail, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or X. Those companies have their own privacy policies.

Your devices and files

We keep customer data confidential and only look at what we need to do the work. For data recovery, we work from a copy of the drive.

Mailing list

If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address, and your first name and interests if you choose to give them. We use them to send tech tips, discounts and special-occasion deals. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by contacting us. We do not sell or rent your email address. Emails are sent through an email service provider, which has its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics. It saves one setting in your browser, your light or night mode choice, so the site looks the way you left it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing nighttechsolutions1@gmail.com or calling (864) 381-8510.

Security

We use reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
