How it works
- Call or text us. Tell us what you have: (864) 381-8510.
- Back up what you want to keep, then drop it off. We'll give you the drop-off location, and you leave it in our white drop box on the porch.
- We securely wipe it. We use the method that fits your device and confirm the wipe finished.
- You get a written record. It lists the device, serial number and date.
- Handoff. We return the device, or responsibly hand off devices you don't want back for reuse or recycling.
Before you drop off
- Back up your photos and files if you want to keep them
- Sign out of Apple, Google and Microsoft accounts
- Turn off Find My, Activation Lock or Find My Device
- Remove SIM and memory cards you want to keep
- Don't write passwords on the device or the note
- Tell us what the device is and whether you want it back
What we can wipe
PCs and laptops, phones and tablets, and computer drives. We choose the right method for each device, because a simple delete or factory reset isn't always enough.
Good to know
We're a local, family-owned shop, and we keep a written record of every wipe. We don't claim industry certifications, and we can't promise that data could never be recovered by any method. If your business must meet a specific compliance standard, or your data is highly sensitive, ask us first and we'll tell you honestly what we can do. See the drop-off guide for how drop-off works.
